Do you offer ongoing support or retainers?
Yes. We offer ongoing support through monthly retainers for select clients. Please contact us for more information.
Will I own my website and deliverables?
Yes. Once final payment is received, you retain full ownership of approved deliverables unless otherwise stated in your contract. Provision reserves the right to showcase work on our various platforms unless requested otherwise.
Do you offer SEO or SEM services?
Currently, SEO and SEM guidance can be provided through consultation hours. Further, both are popular tactical recommendations we typically suggest in our digital strategy plans.
Do you provide logos?
We do not provide logo design. However, Provision partners with vetted and trusted creatives when there is a need for expertise outside of our offered services.
